uh oh
today I woke up late...too late to do all of the circuts. So I decided, to compensate, Id do some intense pilates and circuit one of level two....ladies, you better start appreciating those jumping jacks...the cardio was killer. BUT I think I effectively did a nice workout for the time i had...so if youre like and and thinking :oh, this is easy, im almost ready for level 2!!" Think again...do a few more days of the first one....trust me :) Happy day 5!!!
